Our GCI facility operates entirely on wind power, ensuring that every carton we produce is manufactured with pollution-free energy.

Sustainable Material Use:

Over 45% of our raw paperboard purchases are made from 100% recycled materials.

Zero Waste Mindset:

We recycle 99% of our paperboard waste, repurposing it into bales used for new paperboard production.

Eco-Friendly Printing Practices:

We use vegetable-based inks with 40% fewer VOCs than conventional inks and have replaced alcohol-based printing solvents with eco-friendly alternatives.

Reusable Pallet Programs:

We incorporate reusable plastic pallets across all plant operations and participate in exchange programs with key customers to further reduce waste.

Energy-Efficient Facilities:

Our upgraded lighting system, featuring motion sensor T8 and T5 bulbs, reduces energy consumption by 281,826 kilowatts per year.

Comprehensive Recycling:

We recycle all core plugs and cores from incoming raw materials and paperboard rolls to further minimize waste.
